We are looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and help us provide excellent customer support to our variety of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process, including receiving and processing orders, packing and shipping products, and tracking inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pack and ship orders in a timely manner.
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipping.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
- Communicate with management of arising issues and future opportunities for improving the daily operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to learn and operate a pallet jack.
Required Skills:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs boxes
- Basic computer skills
- Google doc, sheets experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
