Location: Catoosa
Industrial Painter Pay Rate and Hours:
- $21 - $26 per hour & $2.00 per hour shift differential
- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (with possible overtime), Monday – Friday
Industrial Painter:
The Painter is responsible for painting and prepping industrial components, including small parts, large parts, touch-up, and the final cooler for shipment.
Industrial Painter Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Operate the paint pump, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on the paint pump
- Mix multi-part paints
- Identify and apply paint based on the paint specification sheet
- Prep parts and components for paint
- Ensure the mix room is clean and maintained
- Record paint usage
- Apply paint and correct paint defects
- Operates manlifts and cranes
- Other duties as assigned/directed by supervisor
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, Heat Exchangers industry preferred
- Certified to operate cranes and manlifts, or have the ability to obtain certifications
- Knowledge of industrial paint practices and applications
