This position requires previous cashier experience, as this position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and positive checkout experience. This position ensures every client leaves feeling valued, supported, confident in their purchase, and a part of the Eagle Crest Nursery family.
Primary Responsibilities
The responsibilities below define the unique focus of this position within Eagle Crest Nursery.
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Resolve basic client concerns and escalate appropriately
- Support team members during peak hours
- Attend required trainings and meetings
- Assist with stocking and merchandising as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized check-out area
- Ensure all transactions are handled accurately and efficiently

- Comfortable operating POS systems and basic computer applications with accuracy and efficiency

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
