Join our dedicated team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing excellent care. All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the residents needs. A caregiver maintains a "homelike" environment for the residents, protests and promotes resident's rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.
Current Open Shifts:
Days - 7:00am - 3:00pm
Afternoons - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Midnights- 11:00pm - 7:00am
All candidates must have weekend/holiday availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals and encourage proper hydration
- Maintain clean and organized resident environment
- Escort residents to activities and appointments as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and co-workers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
- Compassion for working with the elderly
- Basic knowledge or infection control and resident rights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
