Currently has an opening for an experienced morning Host/Hostess
At Jeff's we are driven by our enthusiasm for quality large meals made from scratch and outstanding service to our guests. We are looking for a Host that can greet and provide guests with excellent service while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Primary Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Able to provide a welcoming environment for every guest
2. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guest's expectations.
3. Able to interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
4. Warmly greet guests at entrance, and direct to a table.
5. Greets guests and provide them with menu information including specials
6. Maintain specific side-work and ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
7. Follow management's instructions and suggestions
Requirements:
- Great Personalty that likes working with the public
- Strong work ethic and full commitment to guest satisfaction
- 100% commitment to teamwork approach
- ServSafe Food certification
- Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, cooks, bussers, and guests)
