Cafe Team Member – Med Box Grill at Life Time Highland Park
Med Box Grill is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant located inside Life Time Highland Park. We are a family owned business serving fresh, healthy Mediterranean-inspired bowls, wraps, salads, smoothies, coffee, and more in a welcoming, fast-paced environment. We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in providing great customer service.
Whether you're looking for opening, midday, or closing shifts, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take orders and answer questions about our menu.
- Prepare fresh food, including bowls, wraps, salads, sandwiches, dressings, and other ingredients.
- Make smoothies, shakes, espresso drinks, and coffee.
- Keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Help create a positive experience for every guest.

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and become knowledgeable about our menu.

- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
- Previous food service, cafe, or barista experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Pay: $16.37 - $20.00 per hour
