We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and cocktail presentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older as per legal requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
