Duties

Skills
- Strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
- Experience with Montessori methods is a plus.
- Knowledge of early childhood education theories and practices.
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to create a harmonious classroom atmosphere.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an organized learning environment.
