We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Senior Litigation Paralegal Manager to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and managing the team of paralegals in our non-complex litigation department. The ideal candidate is an organized, professional, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively supervise and support a litigation team while ensuring exceptional client service. Personal Injury litigation experience is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage litigation case files from inception through resolution
- Supervise, mentor, and support paralegal staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with firm procedures
- Maintain and organize client files, case documentation, and litigation materials
- Draft, prepare, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage correspondence with opposing counsel, courts, clients, and third parties
- Oversee electronic filing (E-filing) and physical filing of legal documents in accordance with court deadlines and requirements
- Monitor case progress, deadlines, and workflows to ensure timely completion of all litigation tasks
- Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership on high-priority matters and case strategy support
- Assist with training, process improvement initiatives, and departmental operations
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Required: Bilingual in English & Spanish;
- Required: 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury
- Knowledge of general office practices;
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines;
- Skilled in effective oral and written communication;
- Skilled in exercising sound judgment and effective decision-making;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Filevine Experience
Compensation
- $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 DOE
- Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
- Quarterly staff bonuses
- Sign-on Bonus: $2,500–$10,000, depending on availability and start date.
