As we relocate into our new location on Fifth Avenue, we are seeking an experienced and licensed Lash Technician to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Esthetician License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2–5+ years of professional lash experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for delivering an exceptional luxury spa experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation
- Service commission starting at 40% (higher commission available based on experience and performance)
- 100% of tips
- Retail commission on product sales
- Appointment-based position (no hourly wage)
- Full-time technicians working 6 days per week can expect to earn $6,000+ per month, including tips (earnings vary based on bookings and performance).
