Milwaukee Country Club is seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and engaging individuals to join our Summer Kids Program team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children in a structured, high-quality environment and are committed to creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for members’ families.
Seasonal Kids Program Attendants play a key role in delivering organized activities while upholding the Club’s standards of professionalism, safety, and hospitality.
Supervise and engage children in a variety of age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor recreation
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants
Assist in planning and executing daily programming and special events
Maintain clear communication with parents and Club staff
Enforce program rules and safety guidelines in a positive and professional manner
Set up and clean up activity spaces before and after programming
Respond appropriately to incidents and escalate concerns when necessary
Represent the Club with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attentiveness
Experience working with children in a camp, childcare, education, or recreational setting preferred
Energetic, patient, and dependable with a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage groups of children in an organized and engaging way
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Must be at least 16 years of age
Availability to work weekdays and some holidays during the summer season
Ability to be active for extended periods (standing, walking, participating in activities)
Ability to work outdoors in varying summer weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry program supplies as needed

The stately 60,000-square-foot clubhouse features multiple dining venues and operates year-round, with the exception of March.
