Job Summary
Our business is growing, and we're looking for someone to grow with us. I need someone to run Antiox Juice Bar like they own it — whether I'm there or not. The right person will help shape what this becomes, not just maintain what's there. We're a Seventh-day Adventist business, closed Saturdays; the schedule is Sunday through Thursday, approximately 30 hours per week, paid biweekly, with room to grow as the business does. You don't need to share our faith, but you do need to be comfortable working in that environment and aligned with our values around health, integrity, and how we treat people. You build and develop a strong team, solve problems before they reach me, and follow through without reminders. You're mature, trustworthy, creative, and your character shows up in the small stuff nobody's watching. You're solid in Google Docs and Microsoft, comfortable with online ordering, and you bring ideas — not just execution. If you read this and thought "that's already how I work," I want to meet you.
