Job description
The Overnight/Weekend Direct Support Professional is responsible ensuring the health and safety of the individuals residing in the home, daily implementation and monitoring of ISP goals. Maintain a safe and clean environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of the Individual(s). Knowledge of intellectual disabilities and/or autism, mental health diagnosis, crisis interventions and therapeutic relationships processes. While working the staff will remain in compliance with Pa Code Chapter 6100 and Chapter 6400 Regulations and that King Family Enterprise Policy and Procedures are followed. A commitment to the KFE values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed. It is pertinent that any employee of KFE honor and respect individuals and their personal rights in all aspects of the individuals lives.
