- Develop and execute strategic business objectives, operational plans, and departmental goals.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support quality-focused manufacturing processes, including APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and DFM.
- Ensure departments are appropriately staffed and equipped to meet production and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and community partners.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of precision machining and manufacturing application experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data systems.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
