Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for St Mark Village in Westminster, CO.
We are looking to hire someone with experience and proficiency in the following fields:
- HVAC and CPO Certifications are a MUST!)
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Hot water heaters
- Drywall
- Appliance repairs
- Apartment turnover (scheduling techs, vendors, and following up for quality control)
- Customer satisfaction attitude
The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance. Strong leadership qualities and team-building skills are necessary for success. You will be required to be on-call for emergencies, some weekends and after hours, and be responsible for enforcing snow removal protocol.
