Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to planning educational lunches in and out of the building
Meets with key referral sources e.g. Eldercare Attorneys, Senior Centers, Physician's offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community partners
Researches physicians in our targeted area to partner with our facility
Should be familiar with New Jersey area and the surrounding community
Sell and promotes facility services in NJ
Build sales within assigned area according to goals
Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition.
Must have long term care experience as an external liaison or marketer
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management
Respond to SWs at hospitals and other facilities about referrals
- Experience with mental health screenings, referral review, insurance authorization requests, physician review of referral

Familiar with PCC
Present tours of facility to perspective residents
Sign admissions agreements
Attend weekly meetings
