Assistant Teacher
We are a Montessori pre-school located in Redwood City and offering a full-time , Assistant Toddler Teacher position. Our ideal candidate should have the Montessori Credential, an independent thinker who can build relationships with students and staff of diverse backgrounds.
This is a great opportunity to work in wonderful preschool environment and gain more experience within a Montessori classroom.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay rate: $28 - $30 dollars per hour.
Job requirements:
- Montessori Credential for Infants an Toddlers
- Current Health/ TB Screening
- CPR/ First Aid Certified
- Lifescan / fingerprints
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to speak in Spanish / Mandarin is a plus
- 12 ECE Units + 3 Units for Toddler & Infants
- Vaccinated for Covid19
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for Toddler children.
- Support classroom management by supervising children during activities and transitions.
- Utilize Mandarin and Spanish language skills to enhance language development opportunities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students by maintaining CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Collaborate with lead teacher to create a nurturing and educational environment following Montessori principles.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
