Now we’re looking for another exceptional Sales Development Rep to help us book those clients into our studios and fuel our next phase of growth.

This role is primarily INBOUND. Our marketing team fills your pipeline with qualified leads every single day — people who raised their hand and want to get in shape. Your job is to call fast, qualify them, and book their initial assessment with the Studio Director so our studios can close. And our top reps close new clients right over the phone for higher commissions. You focus on what you do best: connecting with people and setting appointments.

You won’t be selling memberships to a big-box gym — you’ll be helping real people, many with past injuries or previous failed attempts at fitness, take the first step toward getting their life back. The conversations mean something, and the “yes” feels good.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Work warm inbound leads generated daily from our paid ads and websites
- Qualify prospects and book initial assessments with the Studio Directors at the locations you cover
- Close top opportunities directly over the phone for higher commissions
- Follow up relentlessly so no lead slips through the cracks
- Keep a clean spreadsheet log tracking every lead from first contact to outcome
- Work alongside the Studio Directors and our Marketing Manager to communicate lead quality and flow
- Hit and beat daily and weekly booking targets
Schedule
This is a full-time, salaried position. Because lead follow-up doesn’t always fall inside a traditional 9-to-5, your schedule will include some evening and weekend availability so you can reach leads when they’re ready to connect.
Compensation
$40K+ base plus commission, with realistic earning potential of $80K+. Top reps earn well above target, and your earning potential grows as we open new locations.
