Concourse Rehab & Nursing is seeking Licensed Psychologists to provide in-person psychotherapy services to residents in our highly respected skilled nursing facility serving 240 residents.
We handle billing, insurance, credentialing, and authorizations — so you can focus on patient care.
Salary: $80,000 – $125,000 + uncapped bonus potential

Develop treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with Nursing Home Leadership
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
Active New York State Psychologist license
Ability to provide in-person care
Preferred Experience:
Spanish-speaking, geriatric, subacute, long-term care, or behavioral health experience.
