21st CCLC Grant Director

Location: Emerson Elementary, Coalgate Public Schools

Scope: Full-time, grant-funded oversight of PreK–6 before/after-school and summer programs.

Core Responsibilities

Program Leadership: Design and align academic and enrichment activities with school-day goals.
Compliance: Manage federal/state grant requirements, including reporting, attendance, and safety.
Fiscal Management: Oversee the program budget and monitor all expenditures.
Engagement: Foster partnerships between school staff, families, and community stakeholders.
Evaluation: Use data (attendance, grades, behavior) to measure and improve program impact.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or Social Work.
Experience: Background in youth development or nonprofit management (21st CCLC experience preferred).
Skills: Strong organizational leadership, budget management, and proficiency in data systems.
