Water Restoration Technician

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers.
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup.
- Conduct moisture readings and inspections throughout the drying process.
- Accurately document all work performed and maintain detailed job notes.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
- Assist in rebuild preparation once mitigation is complete.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, equipment, and workspace.
- Be available for on-call rotation as needed for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in water restoration, mitigation, or construction.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right.
- Must be organized, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- IICRC certification (WRT/ASD) is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
