M&C Assemblies is looking for a Field Support Manager to support field operations, assist with store execution, complete assembly work as needed, and help drive performance across assigned locations.
Pay/Earning Potential:
This position includes a $20,000 annual salary, paid bi-weekly, plus 60% commission on all personally completed invoices. With consistent work, development, and production, this role has the potential to earn $60,000–$80,000 annually.
Additional Compensation/Benefits:
$50 monthly phone allowance
Mileage paid at $0.34 per mile after 60 miles per day
1% commission opportunity on up to 20 completed Area Manager walks per month
Health insurance eligible after 60 days

Company-paid $25,000 life insurance after 60 days
401(k) opportunity after one year
PTO and sick time available annually
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Auto insurance
Approved background check/MVR
Ability to travel as needed
Flexible schedule based on business needs
Must have at least 2 years of similar industry experience
