Little Branches Daycare is a faith-centered early childhood program dedicated to nurturing children in a loving, Christ-centered environment. We are seeking a reliable, joyful, and servant-hearted floater to support our classrooms by covering breaks, assisting teachers, providing snacks, and helping maintain a clean and organized center.

Responsibilities
- Float between classrooms to cover teacher breaks and planning time
- Prepare and distribute snacks and meals
- Assist teachers with daily classroom routines and activities
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized classrooms and shared spaces
- Sanitize toys, tables, and surfaces throughout the day
- Support children with transitions, nap time, bathroom routines, and play
- Step in wherever needed to help the center run smoothly
- Model Christ-like love, patience, kindness, and grace
Qualifications
- Love for children and a heart for service
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior childcare experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Must meet Kansas childcare licensing requirements
