Job Description:
This position aims to perform all aspects of the role with precision and excellence, from Call Management, Check-in, Check-out, and beyond. A key requirement for this role is excellent communication skills, as the role involves performing GET TO KNOW YOU CONSULTATIONS and interacting with guests on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be a professional who can analyze guests’ needs and customize med spa/spa programs, make home care recommendations, and discuss pricing while promoting the customized programs. The candidate must be able to help guests achieve desired results while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- College degree
- Guest service experience
- Computer skills and aptitude for mastering Medi Spa/Spa Software
- Good selling abilities
- Knowledge of skin, wellness, and how to properly analyze conditions based on your menu
- Good organizational skills and follow-through
- Able to multi-task and improvise on the spur of the moment
- Be comfortable suggesting additional products or services that may complement what the customer is already interested in purchasing
- Special skills: knowledge of cosmetic medical procedures, paramedical terminology, acne therapy, anti-aging, specialty and nutrition education is a plus
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to remain competitive
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
