Pay: 20 – $22/hour, based on experience | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new-employee orientation for our growing team. Your language skills won't just be a checkbox on this job — they'll be central to how you connect with candidates, support employees, and build our culture.
This role is a great fit whether you're an experienced HR/recruiting professional or someone with strong people skills, bilingual fluency, and a desire to grow into HR. We provide training and a clear path to take on more responsibility over time.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
- Manage recruiting and social media platforms to attract applicants
- Evaluate employee applications and screen candidates
- Schedule and conduct interviews; support hiring decisions
Onboarding & Orientation
- Lead orientation for new employees
- Check in with new hires daily during their first week and weekly through their first 30 days
- Coach and support teammates with morning assignments
Administrative Support
- Complete paperwork and data entry for employee and customer records
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks for employees and customers
- Support customers and employees by phone with a helpful, professional tone
What You Bring
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfort with computers and data entry; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics a plus, not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic math skills (addition, division, multiplication, percentages)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local errands/site visits)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screening (post-offer)
