Setting: Home Health
Pay Range: $2,291.03 - $2,405.58 per week
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Weekdays Monday-Friday
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available
Requirements:
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in the Home Health setting
- Qualified applicants MUST have a valid SLP license and be willing to obtain GA or Compact licensure
- Valid Profession license
- Be willing to obtain State licensure

- Perform skilled speech therapy assessments and create individualized care plans (SLP)
