Gilbert Motor Company is seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing dealership team. This position is ideal for an individual with prior sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both customer interaction and operational support.
The Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales process from initial customer contact through final paperwork completion. This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive a smooth, professional, and efficient buying experience while also helping maintain strong communication and follow-up through our CRM system.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, confident communicating with customers, and capable of managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the sales department throughout the customer purchasing process
- Assist sales staff with reviewing and presenting paperwork to customers at the point of sale
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messaging, email, and CRM follow-up campaigns
- Assist with appointment scheduling and lead management
- Answer incoming sales calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer information and communication records within the CRM platform
- Support dealership operations by helping coordinate customer flow and sales activity
- Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented dealership environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous sales experience is required
- Prior office administration or customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems, computers, and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
