Job Summary
Looking for a motivated self starter with or without experience in the cosmetology field. Full or part time available, will train, and provide continuing education classes. Hourly or commission available. Commission is based on skill, and experience, all chemicals supplies provided.
Duties
- Building a clientele in an established salon
- Giving great customer service to new and exixting clients.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in hair styling; additional skills in barbering are a plus.
- Salon attire, with hair and hygeine reflecting the beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Being reliable for both clients and co workers.
- A passion for mentoring others in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to accommodate client schedules.
