Senior Tax Manager - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
We are looking for a driven and organized senior tax manager with a minimum of 7 years public accounting experience with at least 4 years of managerial experience to join our growing public accounting firm. International tax is a PLUS.
Requirements:
- Requires strong background and understanding of C-Corporations, S-Corporations and Partnerships.
- Previous tax preparation experience is required.
- Experience with complex individual tax compliance and planning is a must.
- Background in estate tax planning and compliance a plus.
- Candidate must have ability to service middle market clients, but must be flexible to work with client of varying sizes.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong experience in staff and tax management.
- Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
- Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks. Caseware and Lacerte highly desirable
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· CPA preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
