We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth table turnover
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience
