We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively, ensuring optimal water distribution for plant health.
- Assist with hardscape projects including installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper mowing techniques, irrigation practices, and garden care is beneficial.
- Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
