About the Role The Sr. Digital Workplace Technician would be providing general hardware and software to business users and working with stakeholders to remove friction and increase staff productivity through the use of AI and automation. Due to the nature of the technical work, the candidate will be required to provide resolutions to tickets and service requests from FTEs, BPOs, TPAs either onsite at a TT USDS JV office location or remote via Lark and if needed Google Chat. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Site Ownership: Serves as the technical lead for onsite and regional offices, overseeing site visits, office expansions - Executive Cross-Functional Partnership: Acts as a professional IT ambassador, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Operations to align regional technology with global corporate objectives and AI-driven workflows. - Elite Technical Support (Tier 1-3): Provides top-notch, white-glove support for both onsite and remote teams, acting as the final escalation point for complex hardware and software troubleshooting. - Modern A/V & Live Stream Engineering: Owns the end-to-end setup and support of sophisticated A/V environments. Provides hands-on expertise with Logitech conference systems, Apple Mac Mini/iPad room controllers, Crestron control systems, and Lightware signal management. - Standardization & Documentation: Authors technical standards, security policies, and "Golden Image" best practices for global deployment, ensuring consistency across all regional sites. - Enterprise Service Management: Partners with service owners to evaluate and deploy enterprise solutions. Maintains Admin-level expertise across both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 environments. - Infrastructure & Data Integrity: Manages lifecycle, backups, and monitoring for critical office infrastructure. Directs technical input for enterprise projects, emphasizing "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) principles. - AI-Driven Efficiency & Automation: Proactively identifies operational gaps and builds solutions using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (Zapier, DevinAI) to eliminate manual tasks and improve user experience. - Lifecycle & Procurement: Manages onsite supply chains and procurement of high-end technical assets, ensuring the office is equipped with the latest verified technology. - Security & Compliance Champion: Maintains a high degree of awareness regarding cyber/information security, ensuring onsite hardware and networks adhere to Zero Trust frameworks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Advanced IT Foundation: Extensive direct user-facing support experience within a high-growth or FAANG/MAANG-equivalent environment. Expert-level troubleshooting across Windows OS, macOS, and Unix/Linux environments. - Education: College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline. - SaaS & Identity Mastery: Expert-level administration of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365. Deep familiarity with Google IAM, Active Directory, and Cloud-based identity providers. - UEM Expertise: Mastery of Omnissa Workspace One for multi-OS deployment (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) and policy management. - Full-Stack Networking: Strong understanding of general networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) and hands-on familiarity with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and SDN technologies in MDF/IDF environments. - AI & LLM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to utilize Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and DevinAI to write scripts, troubleshoot code, and automate workflows. Proficiency in Zapier for connecting disparate SaaS tools. Preferred Qualifications - Enterprise A/V Certifications: Relevant training or experience with Crestron programming or Lightware switching systems. - Advanced Networking/Security: Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Sec+, or CISSP. - Infrastructure Automation: Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating system administration tasks. - Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure environments. - Virtualization: Familiarity with VMware Horizon VDI or similar cloud-desktop solutions. - Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale IT office builds, moves, or global software migrations.

【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (Annually) - Washington, DC
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ 98640 - $ 163200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
