Lifestyle Outdoor is a family-owned hot tub, fitness pool, and sauna company serving Southern California for over 40 years. With six locations and a growing customer base, we're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable person to join our service team as a Hot Tub Maintenance & Delivery Technician.
No hot tub experience is required. We love transferable skills from landscaping, pool service, HVAC, plumbing, delivery or any hands on field. We provide paid training so you’ll learn everything you need to succeed.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, communicates well, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in doing a job correctly. This is field service work performed in customers' backyards throughout the Los Angeles area. All technicians meet at our Sherman Oaks service center each morning and are routed to customer homes from there.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for your own daily route throughout the Los Angeles area. Your work will primarily include:
- Routine hot tub maintenance and cleanings
- Draining, cleaning, and refilling hot tubs
- Delivering hot tub covers, filters, chemicals, and accessories
- Replacing filters and other basic spa components
- Performing basic maintenance and light service work after training
- Educating customers on water care and proper spa maintenance
- Recommending and selling chemicals, filters, covers, and accessories when appropriate
- Keeping your company vehicle, tools, and supplies organized
- Communicating with our office and customers throughout the day
- Completing service tickets, job notes, and photos using a company-provided iPad
Maintenance is an important part of our business and an important position on our team. There may be opportunities to learn additional skills over time, but we're specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of the maintenance, cleaning, and delivery side of our service department long-term.

Pay & Additional Earning Opportunities
Starting Pay: $20/hour
Additional earning opportunities include:
- Sales commissions on filters, covers, chemicals, and accessories sold in the field

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.
Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Our service department is located at:
5830 Sepulveda Blvd.
Sherman Oaks, CA 91411
Company vehicle provided for your daily route.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Sherman Oaks location
- Ability to lift approximately 50–100 lbs when needed
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using an iPad and basic mobile apps for service tickets, photos, job notes, and customer information
- Professional attitude around customers and their homes
