Masis Staffing is currently hiring Production Warehouse Associates to join our growing Packaging Team in the Cary, Durham, and Morrisville, NC area.
No previous experience is required—we provide paid training! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a long-term career in warehouse, manufacturing, production, packaging, or distribution.

As a Production Warehouse Associate, you will:
- Assist the packaging team with assembling and preparing products for shipment
- Perform hand collating, kit building, labeling, and final product assembly
- Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for defects and notify team leads of quality concerns
- Load and stage materials for production runs
- Pack completed products onto pallets, carts, or cartons
- Operate basic production equipment, including shrink wrappers, cartoners, and box cutters
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Accurately track time and material usage
- Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Experience is helpful but not required.
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Packaging or production experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred

Earn $100 after completing two full weeks of your scheduled work. Employees must work their required schedule to qualify.
