Are you a professional property manager who can get an incredible amount of work done, enjoys helping people, and genuinely loves what you do? Have you ever wanted to work with “the best team in the world”? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are a locally owned and operated, dynamic, personable, full-service residential property management company specializing in single-family rentals throughout the Thurston County area. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Property Manager to join our growing team.
We are not simply looking to fill a position – we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.
Our office operates as a highly collaborative, team-based environment where everyone contributes across all aspects of property management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering prospective tenant and owner inquiries
- Coordinating and troubleshooting maintenance requests
- Showing rental properties
- Signing leases and onboarding residents
- Conducting property visits
- Coordinating move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins
- Supporting day-to-day office and team operations
This role requires occasional evening, weekend, and after-hours work on a rotating basis.
We work hard, support each other, and genuinely enjoy what we do and the impact that we have on our community and those that we serve. Our team is compensated above industry standards through shared monthly commissions and opportunities for rapid advancement based on competency and performance.
We treat every property as if it were our own and value each resident; thus we “do” property management differently than most companies.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Knowledge of Washington State Landlord-Tenant Law
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Property maintenance knowledge
- A proactive, “get it done” attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A WA State Real Estate Broker’s License (or be actively working towards licensure)
Starting/training compensation is negotiable, with significant opportunity for rapid advancement once competency is demonstrated.
Please submit a resume and letter of inquiry explaining your background, experience, and what you would bring to our team.
