The Account Executive (AE) leverages a consultative sales approach combined with technical food science expertise to build and nurture relationships within assigned territories and accounts. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales process—from identifying new opportunities to executing projects in alignment with customer expectations. The AE works closely with customers to understand their unique needs and collaborates with internal R&D teams (including chemists) to deliver tailored solutions. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus, technical acumen, and the ability to drive projects to completion. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, the Account Executive will have access to highly confidential business information. It is critical that all such information is handled with the utmost discretion and is not shared beyond the scope of your direct responsibilities. Disclosure to other senior managers or external parties is strictly prohibited unless prior, explicit approval is granted by your reporting manager.
