MOR Construction Services LLC is a regional construction and maintenance company based in Glen Mills, PA seeking an experienced CDL Heavy Equipment Operator & Foreperson to join our growing team of highly motivated professionals. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with strong leadership skills and extensive underground utility experience.

- Review daily work plans with the field manager and determine the safest, most efficient approach to tasks.

Safely operate heavy equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Identify hazards and unsafe conditions; maintain a strong safety-first mindset.
Perform routine equipment maintenance (cleaning, greasing, oiling).
Ensure safe working distances for all personnel around equipment, especially in tight areas.
Lead and supervise crew members on utility, storm, sanitary sewer, dirt work, and repair projects.
Make informed decisions to optimize equipment usage and productivity.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and equipment repair/maintenance protocols.
Perform general labor or driving duties as required (if qualified).
Promote teamwork and clear communication on the job site.
Experience & Education
Minimum 5 years heavy equipment operating experience required.
Minimum 5 years CDL driver experience required.
Minimum 5 years underground utility, storm, sanitary sewer, and dirt experience required.
Minimum 5 years underground utility, storm, sanitary sewer, and dirt experience required.
Minimum 2 years supervisory/foreperson experience required.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Related construction experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong hand, foot, and eye coordination for precise and safe equipment operation.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and perform maintenance in tight/awkward positions.
Ability to operate equipment for extended periods.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Required vision abilities: close, color, and peripheral vision.
