Key Responsibilities
- Interpret optical prescriptions and provide customized recommendations for lenses and lifestyle coatings.
- Guide patients through custom frame selections to find their perfect aesthetic and functional fit.
- Take precise optical measurements and perform seamless fittings and adjustments.
- Accurately interpret vision plan benefits and enter info in our software system.
- Collaborate with our doctors and tech staff to maintain a flawless patient journey.
