Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all common areas including clubhouse, recreation building, walkways, and shared spaces

Clean and sanitize restrooms located in the clubhouse and recreation building (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, fixtures)

Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms, including wiping machines, tables, and keeping floors free of debris

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in common areas and elevators
-
Clean and disinfect elevator interiors, doors, tracks, and control panels
-
Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the property, including common areas and amenity spaces
-
Monitor and maintain marina and dock areas by removing trash and debris to ensure cleanliness and safety
-
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in all common area restrooms and facilities
-
Dust and wipe down furniture, railings, fixtures.

Clean glass surfaces, doors, and windows in common areas only.

Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
-
Follow established cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
-
Follow establishment building cleaning rotation
-
Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
-
Assist with special projects such as deep cleaning, event setup/cleanup, and seasonal tasks as directed.
Full Time Monday-Friday 730am-4pm
Pay Rate: Up to $17 DOE
