Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support office management functions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, particularly in a clinic setting.
