Working within a remote-first structure, the Partnerships Officer will connect with audiences across the United States and internationally, serving as both a representative of the organisation and a key point of personal connection for those engaging with GOD TV.
The Role
The Partnerships Officer is a telephone-based fundraising and relationship management role, operating at the intersection of ministry engagement and income generation.
The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with new and existing supporters, encouraging ongoing engagement, prayer, and financial partnership.
Through structured outbound calling activity, the Partnerships Officer will communicate the impact of GOD TV’s work, share testimonies, and create appropriate opportunities for individuals to support the ministry financially.
While the role includes clear income targets, its approach is relationship-led rather than transactional; centred on authenticity, encouragement, and alignment with the organisations mission and values.
Core Responsibilities
Supporter Engagement & Call Handling:
- Deliver proactive outbound calls across a range of engagement and fundraising activities, including:
- Fundraising and donation appeals
- Major donor relationship calls
- Re-engagement of lapsed supporters
- First-time donor engagement
- Monthly giving and pledge growth
- Thank-you and appreciation calls
- Event invitations and participation outreach
- Legacy and volunteer engagement initiatives
- Build authentic, trust-based relationships with supporters through consistent and meaningful communication
- Represent GOD TV with professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions
Fundraising & Income Development:
- Encourage financial support through clear, respectful, and mission-aligned conversations
- Contribute to the growth of regular giving and one-off donations
- Work towards defined income targets while maintaining a relationship-first approach
- Identify opportunities to increase supporter engagement and long-term commitment
- Collaborate with the wider team to contribute ideas that support sustainable income growth
Administration & Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the organisational database
- Handle donor queries and update supporter information as required
- Support engagement across email and digital live events where needed
- Assist with the distribution of welcome packs and supporter materials
- Provide administrative support to the wider team during peak periods
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills:
- Experience in a fundraising, customer engagement, or call centre environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to manage time effectively and work towards individual targets
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong organisational and administrative capability
Faith & Ministry Alignment:
- Demonstrated experience within a Christian ministry or faith-based environment
- Demonstrate support for and commitment to the Christian mission, values and statement of faith of GOD TV
- Confidence and willingness to pray with supporters as part of conversations
Disposition/Attitude:
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Positive, empathetic, and people-focused approach
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team objectives
- Professional, reliable, and consistent in delivery
Performance & Impact
Success in this role will be measured through:
- Achievement of income and engagement targets
- Growth in supporter relationships and retention

Working Model
- This position offers a hybrid working arrangement that requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. To best support our clients and team, this role is open only to candidates who are physically located in the state of Colorado, CO.
- Travel may occasionally be required for key meetings and events
- Regular engagement with supporters across multiple regions and time zones
