National Restoration Supervisors must be prepared to deploy across the country, sometimes with little notice, and may be required to remain away from home for extended periods of time depending on project needs.
Candidates should be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Whitsett, NC area when not deployed.

You'll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, technicians, subcontractors, and other restoration professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to Sasser Restoration's standards.

-
Remain deployed for extended periods when required by project demands.
-
Lead and direct technicians and temporary labor on active job sites.
-
Assist with water extraction, demolition, drying, containment, cleaning, and other restoration activities as needed.
-
Monitor jobsite progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
-
Assist with equipment setup, placement, monitoring, and breakdown.
-
Maintain accurate job documentation, daily reports, photos, moisture readings, equipment logs, and other required project records.
-
Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents regarding manpower, equipment, materials, and project progress.
-
Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites.
-
Communicate professionally with customers, property representatives, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
-
Help identify and resolve field challenges quickly in fast-moving environments.
-
Represent Sasser Restoration professionally while working at client locations throughout the country.
What We're Looking For:
-
Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, disaster response, construction, or a related field.

Working knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, demolition, and restoration processes.
-
Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
-
Ability to deploy with short notice when emergency response is required.
-
Willingness to be away from home for extended periods of time, including multiple weeks when project needs require it.
-
Flexibility to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays during active deployments.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments.
-
Strong attention to job documentation, organization, and accountability.

Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
