As a Court Services Assistant, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for citizens, attorneys, and visitors — helping them navigate court services with professionalism and care while supporting essential office operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist citizens, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments and perform cashiering functions with precision.
- Maintain records, files, and departmental documents.
- Enter data and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
- Assist with correspondence, forms, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Support daily office operations while following established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Possess the ability to understand procedures that incorporate Florida statutory language.

Minimum Qualifications

- One (1) year of related clerical, administrative, customer service, cashiering, or office support experience.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
