Skilled Carpenter
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable professional with strong residential construction experience who takes pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential wood framing
- Read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings
- Complete finish carpentry, including trim installation
- Install doors and windows
- Install cabinets and custom millwork
- Construct and install wood stud framing
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a carpenter in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and trim work
- Ability to accurately read blueprints and construction plans
- Experience with door, window, cabinet, and millwork installation
- Skilled in wood stud framing
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Must have your own basic hand tools (preferred)

Requirements
- Previous carpentry experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must pass a drug screen
- Background check required. Certain convictions related to theft, violence, or other offenses that are directly related to the job duties may affect eligibility for employment. All criminal history is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Able to work overhead and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and kneeling
