Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly and provide comprehensive property tours that highlight key features and amenities
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand current industry trends and competitive offerings
- Use sales technology tools to manage leads, track interactions, and streamline the leasing process
- Negotiate lease terms effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws
- Manage all aspects of the leasing cycle from application processing to deal closing with professionalism and transparency
- Maintain organized records of all leasing activities, tenant communications, and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and ongoing customer service excellence

- Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities to connect with diverse clientele
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals confidently and efficiently
- Expertise in marketing strategies to attract potential tenants through various channels
