Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Hospice Community Liaison to serve as a vital link between our hospice services and the community. In this role, you will actively engage with healthcare providers, patients, families, and community organizations to promote understanding of hospice care options. Your energetic approach will help build trust, facilitate smooth communication, and ensure that patients receive the compassionate support they need during challenging times. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to promote hospice services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions about hospice care benefits to prospective partners and clients.
- Negotiate agreements and foster ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and service continuity.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and informational seminars to raise awareness about hospice options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering clear information, and guiding families through the referral process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.
- Analyze community needs and market trends to identify opportunities for expanding hospice services and improving outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in product demos, technical sales, and customer service within healthcare or related fields.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the healthcare system.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing community needs and developing targeted outreach initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting purposes.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
