A new luxury home decor and lifestyle brand is seeking a refined, client-facing Boutique Advisor to join its boutique team. The Role:
We are looking for a polished and service-oriented Boutique Advisor to support the day-to-day client experience within the boutique. This person will be responsible for welcoming clients, sharing the stories behind each piece, supporting sales, maintaining the presentation of the space, and creating a warm, elevated environment that reflects the spirit of the brand.
The ideal candidate is gracious, intuitive, and aesthetically minded; someone who understands luxury service, values craftsmanship, and can connect with clients through genuine conversation, thoughtful guidance, and a strong appreciation for beautiful objects and interiors.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of retail, luxury, home decor, fashion, lifestyle, gallery, or hospitality experience preferred Strong client-facing presence with a natural ability to create a warm and elevated experience
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Interest in design, interiors, craftsmanship, travel, fashion, art, or lifestyle brands
- Ability to support sales goals through thoughtful client engagement and product storytelling
- Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining boutique presentation and daily operations
- Comfortable supporting opening and closing tasks, product replenishment, packaging, and general upkeep
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and a flexible retail schedule
- Experience with POS systems and inventory support preferred

Compensation
- Hourly compensation starting at $20/hour, based on experience Performance-based incentive opportunity
