White Rabbit Coffee & Wellness is hiring a Barista / Wellness Associate to join our team.
We’re more than a traditional coffee shop. White Rabbit brings together craft coffee, specialty beverages, herbal teas, tinctures, wellness products, and hemp education in a community-focused environment. We’re looking for someone who can make a fantastic drink, confidently talk with customers about our products, and help create the welcoming atmosphere our customers expect.
This position is best suited for someone who is personable, dependable, comfortable staying busy, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
What We Require
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous barista experience is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability is required
- Familiarity with THC and hemp products, with the ability to confidently and responsibly explain products to customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism
- Comfortable participating in social media content, including occasional photos and videos
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team
- Able to stay organized and multitask during busy periods
Experience We’d Love to See
Experience or knowledge in any of the following is a plus:
- Specialty coffee and espresso preparation
- Herbal and functional teas
- Functional mushrooms
- Tinctures and other wellness products
- Retail sales or customer service
- Current wellness products and industry trends
A willingness to keep learning is important. Our menu and product selection continue to evolve, because apparently humans refuse to stop inventing new things to put in coffee.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Barista / Wellness Associate, you’ll:
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, cold brew, matcha, teas, and specialty beverages
- Help customers understand THC, CBD, hemp, teas, tinctures, and wellness products
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer
- Keep the café clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Assist with inventory, product displays, restocking, and merchandising
- Participate in creating social media content featuring drinks, products, promotions, and events
- Work alongside the rest of the team to maintain a welcoming and positive environment

That means this job involves more than standing behind an espresso machine. Our team plays an important role in creating the experience people have when they walk through our doors.
