We’re a Customer Service Representative to support a major growth initiative within our telecommunications and wireless services team. In this role, you’ll work directly with Verizon customers to provide personalized service, answer questions about wireless and internet options, and assist with upgrades, billing, and new account activations.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
- Provide front-line customer support for Verizon wireless and internet services
- Answer questions about billing, account features, and plan options
- Assist customers with upgrades, troubleshooting, and new activations
- Promote Verizon’s latest wireless, home internet, and bundled service plans
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service updates
- Meet daily customer satisfaction and sales support goals
- Educate customers on promotions, equipment features, and service benefits
- Represent the Verizon brand with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity

- Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service

- Interest in Verizon products, wireless technology, and internet service plans

- Previous customer service, retail, telecom, or sales experience is a plus
