KC/Kaysi Beauty is seeking an experienced and proactive Loss Prevention Director to join our leadership team. This role is essential in protecting company assets, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe, trustworthy environment for both customers and employees. The ideal candidate will bring strong investigative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing security operations in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective loss prevention policies and procedures across all KC/Kaysi Beauty locations.
- Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and inventory discrepancies.
- Work closely with store managers and law enforcement to resolve incidents quickly and professionally.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of vulnerability.
- Prepare clear, detailed reports on investigations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and support store teams on theft prevention, safety awareness, and risk management.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging security technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or security management (retail preferred).
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and investigative procedures.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Background in law enforcement or criminal investigation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data-driven solutions.
- Certification in loss prevention or a related field preferred.
